How to Create an account?

  1. Create an account click the log in icon in the upper righthand corner of any page on our site or click the link below. 
  2.  Choose "New Customer" even if you have already started a subscription with us
  3.  An account must be created in order to log in to view your account information .
  4. Create an account using the email address you purchased your subscription with.

When can I expect to receive my box?

SUBSCRIPTION BOX ORDERS 

We ship a box every other month.  The box you are signing up to start with will be noted on the sign up page. You'll receive processing and shipping emails for your first box and on the shipping schedule of following boxes. 



STORE ORDERS 

Store orders will be processed and shipped within 3-7 business days of ordering. Customized order could take longer to process. 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we are unable to ship internationslly.Please check back for updates. Sign Up for Our Mailing List to learn about updates.

How can I track my package?

  1. Begin by logging into your account either through the log-in link or through your membership link 
  2.  Click the order # you'd like to track
  3.  Click the tracking link provided for that orderIf an order shows as "unfulfilled" it is because it has processed, but not shipped. 
  4. Once your order has shipped the status will change to "fulfilled" and a tracking link will become available.

Do you accept all credit cards , Stripe and  Paypal?

We accept all major credits including Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover cards.We are able to accept Paypal, Stripe  for store order payment, but are not able to accept Paypalor Stripe for box subscription since they are on a reoccurring payment basis.

The F&B Box  refunds

We do not issue refunds for F&B Box subscriptions. If cancelling prior to the end of the  box subscription the remaining boxes will ship as scheduled. We do not issue refunds for remaining months. AdditionWe are not liable for allergies or ingredients concerns that have not been previously brought to our attention.

The F&B Box exchanges & refunds

Please email hello@thefebbrand.com with a description and photo of the issue within 15 days of receiving. We will do everything we can to rectify the situation.Please note that we are unable to replace products without receiving a photo of the damage within the 15-day window.

The FEB Brand  exchanges & refunds policy 

We accept unopened returns for STORE purchases only within 15 days of your purchase date and will refund you in the form of store credit for the purchase amount minus the cost of shipping + a $10 re-stocking fee. Beauty tools and Clean Beauty Boxes cannot be returned. 


 To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. 


 Non-returnable items:Clean Beauty BoxesBeauty Tools (cloths, sponges, dry brushes, jade rollers, rose quartz, etc.)Travel-sized product or samplesGift Cards 


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email hello@thefebbrand.comso that we can send you a return label and begin the return process.The $9.95 cost of return shipping + a $10 re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If you use your own shipping label please email hello@thefebbrand.com with your tracking number to let us know it's on the way. We suggest using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable if items are lost in transit back to us. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund credit.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit applied to an FEB  gift card and sent to your email used at checkout. 


 Sale items (non-refundable) Only regular priced items may be refunded for credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.Exchanges (if applicable)We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@thefebbrand.com. GiftsGifted items are not eligible for return.Once your return is received, we will send confirmation and refund the amount as a gift card to use for your next purchase.
